We built Nexli after feeling overwhelmed by tool fragmentation—Slack for chats, Trello for tasks, Notion for docs, Figma for sketches... all in different tabs, with duplicated users, costs, and chaos.

Nexli is our attempt to bring it all together into one modular system where you only enable what you need: tasks, notes, mind maps, real-time chat, even a services marketplace for freelancers.

Hi community, We’re launching Nexli, a modular workspace platform built for startups, tech teams, and freelancers. Think of it as a customizable operating system for work: you activate only the tools you need (task manager, chat, mind map, notes, etc.) within each workspace.

We started building Nexli after years of jumping between tools like Trello, Slack, Notion, and Figma, which made workflows scattered and expensive. Our goal is to keep teams in flow by centralizing collaboration while reducing tool overload.
